Yes. Use tmux or screen sessions to run multiple agents in parallel. Each agent typically uses its own terminal session. A 4 GB or 8 GB plan gives you enough headroom for several agents simultaneously.

No. AI coding agents call remote APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) for inference. The heavy computation happens on the API provider side. Your VPS only needs CPU and RAM for the agent process itself.
