Section tabs, a lighter top bar, a clearer server list

The console got a round of polish across every page. Nothing moved out of reach: the same pages, easier to scan.

What's New

Section tabs on their own row. Each section (Servers, Network, Billing, Account) shows its tabs under the page title, and the top bar names the section you are in. The Cloud entry is now called Servers, and its Networking tab is now IP addresses.
A lighter top bar. It keeps your balance, What's new and your account menu. Theme and language now sit in the account menu.
A clearer server list. Servers that are still deploying come first. One line above the list gives the number of servers, the monthly cost of your plans, your pay-as-you-go usage this month and the renewals due within 7 days. The search also finds a server by its host name, even after you renamed it.
One Network entry. BGP sessions, AS numbers, DDoS protection and BYOIP sit under Network. If you already use BGP or announce your own prefixes, the Network overview shows them with a direct link to manage them.
Lists that read on a phone. On a small screen, every list page shows stacked rows instead of a table that scrolls sideways.
Clearer words. Titles and buttons use sentence case, counts read correctly ("1 server", "3 servers"), and dates in tables are written the same way.
