A lighter console layout, live server pages and a clearer checkout

We reworked the main screens of the customer console. Your servers, menus and pages stay where they were.

What's New

The menu and the top bar are lighter. On a phone, the page title shows in the top bar, the section tabs sit on their own row, and the menu opens as a drawer.
On a desktop, the server list shows one line per server. The IP address and its copy button are there at every screen size, phone included.
A server page updates its status while you watch, and reloads only when it has to, for example when a deploy finishes. On a phone, the Connect card with the address and the password comes first.
The checkout button states the amount and where it comes from, for example "Pay 4.00 EUR with Card (20.00 EUR from your balance)". A server you remove from the cart can be put back within 5 seconds.
In the cart, the "Use my balance" box is now ticked by default, as in the deploy wizard: your balance pays first and your payment method pays the rest.
The billing page opens with this month's estimate and your balance, and invoice PDFs use our font.
The dashboard lists your projects in a table with the number of servers and the cost so far this month.
The sign-in, sign-up and password pages have a new layout.
