IPv6 is now on by default when you deploy a server

Every new server gets an IPv6 address unless you switch it off under "More options" on the deploy page. Servers deployed earlier without IPv6 can have one added by support.

The BGP session wizard now tells you when a server has no IPv6 address instead of reporting both sessions as already active.
